Typing fee + Govt fees (Exact government fees plus typing fee of the selected transaction [Dhs.])
Package 2: SMART TYPING PLUS SUPPORT.
Typing fee + Govt fees + 30 Dhs. (Exact government fees plus typing fee of the selected transaction and additional 30 Dhs. for follow up (guiding you what to do in the next step
Package 3: SPECIAL PACKAGE (PICK UP & DROP OFF)
Typing fee + Govt fees + 200 Dhs. (Our team will assist the applicant in: + Tawjeeh training - Emirates ID biometric « Medical Test Our team will pick up the applicant from your location with in Dubai area and drop off once the Training/Biometric /Test are done)
Package 4: Smart PRO
Make payment — Top up to your customer id Account through:

Receipts will be provided
Confirmation of the completed transaction - You will be notified through email and your registered mobile number as soon as the transaction is finished.
Print transaction - This allows you to view and print all your transactions.
Additional Assistance - Packages 2, 3 and 4 allow you to receive day to day updates on your transaction. We will advise you for any documents required to be attached for the application or the next step needed for your transaction.

Customer can track the transaction, view the transaction list, pending and complete transaction list.
Financial Report
Get a clear insight into your spending from payment history, top-up summary and account statement reports.
Sign up using your personal email, and you'll receive your password there.
